Delivery
Domestic (India) Orders:
- Free Delivery for products less than 5 Kg Weight.
- Ready products will be delivered within 6 to 7 working days.
- 4 to 6 weeks for Made to Order items.
International Orders:
- Shipping costs vary based on item volume, delivery method, and location.
- To obtain a shipping quote, click on "Request More Information" and provide your details. A quote will be emailed within 12 hours.
- International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis; customs duties may apply.
- Ready products delivered within 10-12 working days.
- 4 to 6 weeks for Made to Order items.
Shipping Policy:
- Shipping charges are at actuals. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you to discuss new delivery timing, a replacement product, or a refund/credit voucher.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging (domestic orders only).
- Made to Order or Commissioned items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Product return requests must be initiated within 24-48 hours.
- For international returns/exchanges, shipping charges back to us will be deducted from the refund amount.
